Gothenburg Film Studios' international production services are the perfect choice of partner for any production company wishing to gain access to the region's film production resources.
We act as the company's local representative, and handle all the practical issues such as permits and the hiring of sub-contractors. With well established contacts, and an excellent working knowledge of local areas, we can offer package solutions that ensure that your production days within the region run as smoothly and as cost effectively as possible.
One package solution from Gothenburg Film Studios could be comprised of, among other things, studio time, production offices, carefully picked shooting locations, any required permits, administrative staff, location staff, technical equipment, art department, sound, vehicles, catering, lodgings and post production.

Production Offices
In central Gothenburg, in the middle of the Film Village, located close by our studios, we offer fully equipped production offices for large and small film projects. The offices are fully furnished, and equipped with 100Mb internet, high speed printers and pantry, and are of course fitted with locks and alarm systems. We also offer access to production kitchens, laundry rooms, make up lounge, wardrobes, lounges, prop department, rehearsal locale and conference rooms. Parking spaces behind locked gates are also available, as are fully alarmed garage spaces.

Staff and Crew
Via Gothenburg Studios Crew, you can rent experienced crew and personnel for your shoot/production.

Equipment
Camera Center at Gothenburg Film Studios is the region's leading rental company within camera, lights and grip. At Gothenburg Film Studios you will also find the city's most reputable rental company dealing with the rental of specialized vehicles for film production.
All equipment can be included as a part of a larger package solution via Production Services, but equipment and vehicles can be hired separately.
Art Department
At Gothenburg Film Studios there are a number of companies specializing in prosthetics, props, scenography, set building, set decorating, make-up, wardrobe, accessories, special effects and stunts.

Conference and events
Regardless of whether you prefer to sit around a relaxed conference table or hold a practical workshop, whether you require a venue for a smaller meeting or want to arrange a large event, we are at your service providing technical equipment, documentation, food and drink.
We are experienced in everything from effective, personal meetings in closed rooms, to large events with hundreds of participants in our spacious studio facility. If you would like to hold a film related course we can help you to find the right speaker, and supply you with first class equipment and props.
Perhaps you don't work within the film business at all, but are looking for a unique and inspiring surrounding for your next party, course, expo or conference!
Examples of events that we've hosted:
- Networking lunch for enterprise executives in Western Sweden, with a salmon buffet from Samantha's Film Catering.
- Västsvenska filmdagarna (West Swedish Film Days) with 120 guests attending three parallel seminars, exhibitions, mingle areas, café and restaurant, followed by a party with live music.
- Courses in light design for film, with equipment and personnel from our Light Center.
- Advanced courses where actors can act on camera, with equipment from our Camera Center.
- Practical workshop in prop making.
- Courses in 3D technique for film photographers, arranged by our Camera Center.
- The annual film business fancy dress party with XX guests attending, arranged by Gothenburg Film Studios.
- GOKINEMA, our own big film event held during the annual Gothenburg Film Festival, with among other things a live film shoot before studio audiences, technology expo, seminars and workshops.
